We're Sweet & Spicy — a group of women who share a love for dance. Every week, we get together to learn new choreography, explore different styles, and push each other to grow.
We find inspiration from dancers and choreographers around the world, learn the moves, make them our own, and shoot about 3 polished dance videos a year.
What started as a fun hobby has become something we pour our hearts into. Sweet in spirit, spicy on the dance floor. 🌶️🍬
